Q. If I do not agree with a Registrars decision, can I ask for a review?
A. Absolutley, if you do not agree with a particular descision you may phone to discuss the problem with your Registrar or put in writting for the Registrar to have another look into for you.
Should a dispute arise between the Registrar and Breeder that cannot be rectified and all reasonable avenues of reconcile have been exhausted, the following process should be followed.

A complete and detailed written document explaining the issue should be forwarded to the Committee of the MGBA within 14 days of the dispute stating all avenues have been exhausted.  The document should be addressed to the Secretary and the Secretary will contact the Committee elect.

The Committee shall, within 21 days of receipt of the dispute discuss and vote on a resolution having first conversed with the Registrar for his/her comments on the issue.

If the Registrar is a member of the MGBA Committee at the time of the dispute he/she will not be involved in the dispute resolution voting procedure.
Q.Does the MGBA registry have a proceedure in place for special curcumstances?
A. Yes, but ONLY animals that have had 1yr and 2yr heights recorded are eligible for special circumstances to be applied. An email detailing your issue along with any supporting documentation (if any) should be forwarded to your State Registrar. Registrar will then forward your review to the MGBA General Committee for a decision and a vote. The Registrar will then contact you with the final decision about your circumstance.
